Foreign coaches are rethinking about their teaching in China

While there is
little doubt that golf is growing in China, it is not a simple case of coaches
from abroad coming over here and making a fast buck. "Just because you have
worked abroad as a coach, doesn't mean you will be a success here," said
Pascal Bon general manager of the Fraisa Golf Training Centre. "For
starters learning the language is very important as many clients don't want to
be taught in English."

She went on to say
how she has employed many coaches from all over the world, but that many of
them don't last very long. "A lot of my coaches resign after the first few
weeks of teaching because they find it hard to get used to the culture. Many of
my Chinese clients don't like being taught by a foreigner and the relationship
between a coach and client has to be strong in this business as it's so
expensive." Pas-cal went on to say that while most golf coaches working in
China are foreigners, local authorities want to develop the Chinese coaching
structure to boost all levels of the game.

Gary Rassette has
been tutoring golf for nearly a year in Shanghai. He told the press  how coaching here is potentially lucrative but
that without being aligned to an institution or school, it's often hard to get
started. "China's golf scene is different from the US, Japan and Korea as
there are not the same level of facilities in place. It took me a long time to
get going as I wasn't tied to a specific school but after I became established
I realized that there is more money to be made in freelance teaching than
working for a single club."

Gary went on to say
how working freelance gives the coach the freedom to dictate prices according
to client's earnings and potentially make more money. "Many coaches do
this but they really shouldn't because then it is only about making money from
the sport. It should be as much about being an ambassador for the game."

As for golf, I think this sport
has song a lot to your heart. Here I would like to provide you two websites.

What is wholesale golf clubs? wholesale

10 drivers, 5sets irons, 10 putters and other golf euqipment, which is called
wholesale golf clubs." But now many online golf shop clain they are
wholesale golf shop, but they really donot been. In fact, they just retail golf
shop but is declared as wholesale golf shop.

So today, i talk about really wholesale shop.

First, you should pay more attention to its price.

The real wholesale shop will give you 2 price, one is retail price
and another is wholesale
golf. Usually, this two price will be over 20-50
difference. Such as R11 driver, the retail price will be over 300 USD, and the
wholesale price will be under 270USD. If this shop donot have this difference,
i am sure they are not wholesale shop.
