Darren Clarke Got Everyone A Drink On Plane

The famous golfer Darren Clarke got one passenger drink on plane to cheer for his latest victory in Iberdrola Open.

Darren Clarke suffered yet more torment on the 14th hole at Celtic Manor as he carded a second successive 80 in the fourth round of the Wales Open on Sunday.

The Ulsterman, who shot a quadruple bogey eight on the hole on Saturday, fared even worse on his return with 10 strokes on Sunday.

He first drove into the lake and then, after going back to the drop zone, saw two three-woods both end up in the water as well.

"And I hit them all well," Clarke said after finishing 18 over par for the tournament. "Let's just say this course does not really fit my eye.

"It never has done -- and I putted unbelievably poorly as well."

This was the first time Clarke, in a European Tour career going back to a debut as an amateur in 1990, had failed to break 80 in two successive rounds.

The tournament was proving tough for Northern Ireland's golfers, with Clarke's compatriot Graeme McDowell shooting a career worst-equalling round of 81 on Saturday to all but scupper his hopes of a successful title defence.

Heading into the final round, Sweden's Alex Noren, on an eight-under-par total of 205, led by one shot from compatriot Peter Hanson and Denmark's Anders Hansen.

Just from the match in Majorca on Sunday, Mr Clarke refused to take his private plane, and set off on his first plain flight from Palma to Belfast.
What's more, Clarke bought all the passengers a drink in the flight with ping g10 driver one round rewards of £146,920. While here he said: "Coming back home on Sunday night from Mallorca the option of taking a private flight back home was negated by the fact that there was a 9.30pm Easyjet flight direct to Belfast.""This was a virginal experience for me flying with this notorious airline – thankfully Shane Lowry was on board along with a few of the caddies so we had a bit of fun and a couple of celebratory drinks – we all got involved and I treated all the passengers on board to a drink!"
Actually Clarke has been to lots of places and it may be one source of his victory in his golf career.

"The break did me the world of good and I played very nicely in Mallorca after not really knowing what to expect ping g10 after relaxing and recharging the batteries in the Bahamas," he stated again.

Clarke now has been setting down in Northern Ireland for almost 1year with his children Tyrone and Conor.
