Taylormade R11 Driver is On Sale

The R11 driver incorporates TaylorMade's Movable Weight Technology (to promote a desired bias or trajectory changes), plus its Flight Control Technology (to change loft and face angle). The R11 driver adds another tech, what TaylorMade calls its Adjustable Sole Plate.

R11 has a brilliant adjustable property that provides longer and straighter drives. Shot distance ranges between above average to bombed ones. Both accuracy and forgiveness are of very level. It provides a dampened, soft & muted feel with a spring on the face, perfectly-balanced club that supports easy swing. Playability is tremendous as aggressive swings can be made without getting feared of hook. Hits can be made higher than normal due to adjustable club-face. It is provided with a white color look that allows club-head to appear larger. The work of white paint & crown graphics act as detractors for some people other don't take it as an issue. All I can say is that taylormade has done a tremendous job this time.

Technology-

The movable weights of the trailblazer R7 coupled with the adjustable hosel from the R9, has been joined… TM raised it one. The rotating sole plate is what separates the men from the boys. The role of the sole plate is to independently changes the driver face angle by as much as 48 settings!  The end result? The adjustments in the loft and lie from the hosel do not affect the appearance at address.

The driver definitely touts a new look: a satin white finish, along with the black face. This creates an appreciable contrast between face and crown to help you align the club more easily. The white finish is also meant to reduce "hot spots," a common byproduct is glare. It's definitely a nice, nice looking driver by all standards.

Customers' Reviews of TaylorMade R11 Driver:

The TaylorMade R11 driver is designed with a new, modern-classical clubhead shape intended to suit the eye of better players, while still providing forgiveness and confidence for average players. The shape is more contemporary appearance than traditional drivers, and slightly triangular to create a modern yet classical address silhouette. The white crown colour and black PVD face provides optimum contrast against the ground to make the R11 easier to aim.
